Down dobcroft rd and up millhouses ln. Up harley and then up arms hill, looping on our rd slightly
Been a while since i've done this old chestnut of a route !!

Up main rd towards base of long line, coming back same way
Always feels like you're running quicker in the dark, which was nice haha

SYXC Champs, Graves Park, 6km (3 x 2km medium laps). 1st in 25:47
Ah so so happy with this!! :D was abit worried at the beginning as I gotta poor start and was well down on the first hill (where Dad decided not to cheer for me ! knew he was thinking i was paying for too many late nights, but that fired me up to prove him wrong haha). Moved thru the field well on the 2nd lap and felt strong. Overtook Sam Hughes at the end of the 2nd lap to take the lead, and was very pumped then not to let anyone pass me. Thankfully they didn't :D (finished 9 secs ahead of Sarah Potter and 18 secs ahead of Sam Hughes)
So nice to retain my title 3 years later :')
