Done out toward dore via lib ln.
Good to do a tempo! Did 1.8mi hard. (some issues wi garmin not thinking i was moving later on in run tho!!)

Run, jump, throw series @ Woodbourn. 1500m, IN 400 in 75 (no other splits called, which was rather disconcerting!!)
Abit of a weird one. Felt good in race, but dropped off abit again on last lap. Dad initially said time was 'shocking' (such a charmer), but then on reflection said it was a step forward - as it was a windy night, had to wait ages to race, and had a bad stomach for a few days. Gonna try doing 2 hard runs a week for abit, as i think i need more speed endurance
