Wasn't able to do squats today because the gym was packed but did some leg presses instead and some other machine stuff as well as arm work with dumbbells.

Nice long session with Emma and PIa!

Easy run to King Edward West park through psp and on some roads, snowy and icy in a few sections but most of the trails were clear!

Jogging around the map and checking our control locations for the WET Emma and I are running in a couple of weeks, noted a few map changes and found good alternative control locations. Again some pretty sketchy parts with the ice...

Back to UBC on the trails and a bit of road, a more direct route this time than on the way out. Last 200m or so pushed hard to work on the kick!
