Feeling like TGIF with some BBA - it was pretty easy to get up this morning as there is snow in Vancouver!! Very exciting and it was so nice to see a bunch of the international students running around the field having a snowball fight and attempting to build a snowman at 7:30...

Did 20 mins of cycling
15 mins core (tried some ab ripper x with a friend - good workout with some new exercises!)
5 mins of rowing

About mid to high resistance for 85% and then would ease up resistance for last bit.

Sworkit and a few exercises subbed out to use the gym equipment where you hold yourself up on forearms and do the leg swings up until parallel with ground.... not sure what they are called but I like them!
