Squeezed in a quick easy bike trainer spin. Getting pretty busy with the house stuff. Starting to worry we won't get proper training in for the 100 and 200 mile races coming up :(

Quick ride on the tandem so Middy could test out her new Jones Loop handlebar. I have a similar "open" style handlebar in the stoker position and really like the 45 degree angle for my hand position. Makes for a very comfortable ride, which we'll need for the HellKaat and DK200.
