A bit of a bitter sweet one this. Obviously very happy to break 15 for the first time but felt there was a lot more to give. Bunged up going into the race but tried not to think about it too much as I didn’t want it to effect my mindset. Started strong and felt good through 1k but then my chest really started to tighten up and was a struggle from then on.
