Big night last night left me pretty dead and hungover today. Got it done though and began to enjoy it near the end. Had a killer double stitch for the first half.

Was gonna do a faster session but weather (gusty wind and rain) was grim so just did something longer and slower paced. So ended up just doing a 10k tempo, felt decent, just running nice and relaxed.
