Heart rate also generally seems pretty high at the moment.

That was poor. No zing in the legs today.
Got around but just felt sloooow. The start slow tactic and build only works if I can build. Start slow finish slower doesn’t have the same ring to it!

Will simmer down the mileage a bit, take it from the new year.
