Shepley St, Mossy Lea track, Shelf Benches climb to James's Thorn in 17.09. Slow due to saturated ground lower down and snow higher up. Back same way. Took it very carefully on left foot. Fine for first 30 mins or so but then became sore.

From Hurst Road, up Sheffield Road to Mossy Lea, three reps from bridge at bottom to James's Thorn cairn via the Shelf Benches climb. Back same way. Hurt left foot so didn't do 4 reps as planned. Badly bruised, hoping not too serious.
