Post night shift swim and catch up with Matt. He seems to get faster each time, and me slower, so it was a bit of a drag. Still good recovery training.

Ran my planned Harriers course from Traralgon South Oval. Kept the quality as high as I could, not too hard, but good enough for a training effect. Will run this a few times over the next month to judge some improvement.

Kornalla return. Legs felt really good one week post XPD, but not as fast as it felt. Still this is a real confidence booster. Tassie World Cup training session #1 complete.
