Ran to the end of Oberon Bay beach then back to Little Oberon Bay and met Kathryn, Mattias, Des and Alison. Then walked back to Tidal River with Mattias in the backpack.
Disappointing the weather crapped out early this morning with rain and very strong wind. Not nearly as nice as yesterday which was perfect. Didn't even have a swim as it was so cold.

Swimming (Bodysurfing) 30:00 [3]

After a shortish sleep we headed to Tidal River at Wilsons Promontory. It was a stunning day, and the surf was awesome. Body surfed a few absolute crackers. Then had a swim in the river with Mattias. So many people down here in summer, I've never been when it was busy before.

a lap of the TS reserve. Like the last 3 runs I felt heavy and sluggish from the start, but better by the finish. Pretty warm day, not really used to it.

commute to work. It was warm, but not nearly as warm as walking around the power station. Drank 4 bottles of water in between watching the Sixers beat the Stars, Leyton lose the tennis, Cahill become and even bigger legend.
