Out along the WoL to Balerno then back along the reservoirs. Absolutely glorious day, blue skies, shorts & t-shirt weather. Lush!
Probably not the greatest for my knee, but very good for my happiness!! :) This is what I've been missing from not being able to run.

Halfhearted attempt at AJ but knee got sore pretty quickly. Tried just using arms but was still sore and arms couldn't tolerate much more than this.
