Woke up with a small cold, had plans for a longrun

Night-O Bredaremossen 7.0km/51min. Chasing start with IFK and some more runners, started in the middle around 2min behind. After half course we had caught the leader. Then I did 3*30s mistakes and got a bit behind the fastest guys and also the pace started to feel. Did around 1min more on the way back home. Overall I am satisfied with the race, first real attempt with higher pace man to man. It felt good, but I notice I am a bit slower than I hoped for as i couldnt follow on the long hilly legs.

... but soon I realized that I was lost, and for around 30min I still was....
My Compass had bubbles, it was alot of fog and the exercise was a corridor-O without lifelines around (just white paper).
In an area (Bredaremossen/Getryggen) I have been doing most of my execises I barely managed to get home. Quite cool experience...
