GS2, didn't feel great right away but good once I got into it.

W/u and c/d for the intervals, also did some short overspeed stuff at the end.

5x6min @ L3. Felt good today! Got faster/felt sharper throughout the set and felt like I was moving pretty well. Striding also felt better. Ready to race on Sunday!!

Recovery day ski. Worked on some no pole striding and just kept it chill. Felt good.

W/u, c/d and recovery between the intervals. Great new place to ski!

Skate Skiing intervals 15:00 [4] 3.25 mi (13.0 mph)

5x~3min building to L4 intervals. Still felt like I need to get my snow feet under me. Wsa able to work on good glide and some power skiing behind Boardy which was good. Didn't feel amazing but certianly not bad for the forst day back after a rest week, feel like I'm in about the right place for this time of year.
