3k time trial on the NC campus, followed by my dad, biking behind me. Went out a little too fast at the beginning, was slowed down by wind as I turned north, then found new speed on the last 0.5 k running straight down the west side of campus. Felt solid. Finished all 3 kilometers under the goal of 3:26
