Sydney Summer Series at Balls Head. Thought about not going but figured as it was 200m from my place...
Already had over 1 minute of mistakes by #2, so things werent looking good, but didnt make may more big ones, I was probably running too slow to scramble my head too much.

Took the kids to Clowntown at Frenchs Forest in the morning. Crazy place - a hundred or so kids running around in a warehouse with play equipment, Will had a ball. Ran home while Margo drove home. Calf started to hurt quite early on and I stuggled through, with quite a few walk sections towards the end.
