Ran up the bog, pipers scramble, nether, tourist descent, dasses then crags to finish. Took the climbs pretty steady but went fairly brisk down the tourist descent (2.22) then nailed the last descent off the crags, taking a different line and hoping to pick up a different segment, but my segment run time must've included some regrouping time at the top. Managed to run 800m in 2.13 on the way down but was over half a minute outside the CR! Will have to have another go. A bit muddy in places but ok. Running with Stewart, Kev, Paddy, Rosie and Fionna (first half).

Session round the Warriston Triangle - 10 x 1min brisk, 1min float. Ran with Kev the whole way until the last 20 seconds when he hit the turbos. And Cat was catching us up on the float until about half way. Good conditions, cool with no wind. Felt decent and working quite hard by the end.

More or less same route as yesterday, north climb up Cockleroi, Witchcraig loop, Guthries, south edge, extra in Beecraigs and back via the canal. Met John R for the run. Good to have company for a change. Lovely sunny, slightly frosty morning.

Went direct from the house to Cockleroi, up via the fields and north face. Headed to Guthries then across to Witchcraig loop, then back over Guthries. Continued along south edge, down to Loch then over Hill house, then home. Did the climbs moderately hard. Felt OK. A bit chillier but quite good overcast conditions. Mud not quite as slippy as 2 weeks ago.
