Walk with T & H from Logie Kirk up Dumyat and back. Glorious morning and really enjoyed it though was suffering from the lurgy so an easy walk was all i could muster. Hanna was on good form, especially downhill, so bodes well for the Lakes. Just hope were healthy again by then!

Throat scratchy again and Hanna is coughing again. Seems to be a never ending cycle of illness. Hope it stops soon!

Run round Warriston big loop to St Marks Park, 6 laps of strides, then run back via Stockbridge loop. Lovely sunny lunch time, spring has arrived. Out with Kev, Marco Cameron & Dave.

Run from the boulder up through the bog, round the road then down the scree run (steps) to Duddingston. Did the MFD climb to Crow hill, then across to Nether and down the dry valley back to the boulder. Climbed ok on MFD but far from 100%. Out with Kev, Andy and Dave. MFD still a bit muddy underfoot. Cool with an easterly wind.

Got paced by Kev up to about halfway as he was taking easier post Alloa, but tbh, even that was too hard a pace, and he dropped me in the second half. Not feeling the fittest. Paces :

Set 2 : 5.34, 5.35, 5.15
Set 3 : 5.34, 5.39, 5.06
Bright, breezy & chilly but at least avoided the snow showers.
