Walk from Coishavachan in Glen Lednock up Ben Chonzie and back. Family walk with Tracey & Hanna as a birthday treat. really enjoyed it. Lovely sunny day with great views, though the wind was bitterly cold at the top. Hanna coping with these kind of walks very well. Just a great day out.

Thought I better go out a birthday run so headed out from the house up the Avon, Golf Course hill and back. Legs a bit tired but ok for a steady run.

Run from Alva Glen, up the landrover track up the glen to the back of Craighorn, Ben Buck, Ben Cleuch, Ben Ever and back. Took it very steady and enjoyed being out in my favourite local hills on a sunny cool day.

Ran to Craigcrook via Ravelston then did full Corrie Hill traverse and back by Ravelston. Set out fairly brisk, then fairly hard tempo effort over then hill and back. Felt decent. Hill path a bit muddy and tree debris from yesterday but not too bad. Plenty dog walkers to delay progress. Breezy and cool.
