Went a short walk with Hanna afterwards, trying to keep warm while Mark was running.

Watching biathlon, including the women's mass start which was just the best race ever as Nadine Horchler won it. Totally unexpected but thoroughly desevered. Just amazing as the german team have not supported her at all but instead of giving up she's used it try to prove them wrong and has kept training so hard for so many years. Just shows that you should never, ever give up as one day your dreams might just come true.

DEXA scan showed my bone density lower than it should be so got meds to take. One of them the same disgusting Calcichew that Hanna takes, which she found most hilarious, especially as I have to take 2 instead of her 1.
