physio today to speed up the healing.

Physio says it is piriformis syndrome.

next 3 days stretching piriformis 2x 30sec.

Then trial jog only a couple hundred meters. If it hurts another 3 days stretching.
I have to stop cycling :( for a while because that might have been what set it of :(
