Nice little mona. My Garmin had a bit of a midlife crisis and was doing some strange stuff (telling me some very dodgy paces and did a weird restart in the middle of the session but somehow kept working). Strava thought I did 6ks (usually it rounds down not up by heaps) so who knows how far I actually did.
Bit of a frustrating wind but otherwise quite a nice morning out and good fun

Bit of a sweatfest, probably should've gotten out a little earlier but tried to grab a drink in most of the long recoveries so got through ok.
As I finished some lady walking her dog said "That was amazing to watch, you must be a professional right?" Normally that would've been nice for the ego but unfortunately getting trashed by the real pros last week means I still know my place.

Exploring some trails around Lyonville. The forest was lush and I was surrounded by butterflies the whole way which was v pretty (plus saw an echidna too which is always cool). Trails disappeared on me a few times so had to do a bit of terrain bashing here and there. Definitely keen to come back here again though, top spot.
