A bit meh, the orienteering was mostly good although it was never particularly technically challenging but still a good long course. Lost the race on a couple of small route choice errors, cut down to the track too early to 2 and should've stayed to the left of the line at the end of 6 (lost at least a minute here through crossing the creek at a shitty point and then running along the steep slope for ages). Running quite strongly though, roughly equal to or faster than Aston for all the rest (took a lot of time out of everyone by smashing it on the wide track route to 10 and on the massive climb to 14).
A little disappointed but a lot of big positives to take out of this weekend so overall satisfied enough.

Overall happy with this run, made good plans, accurate direction and picking good lines. Was in the lead at 8 but two small (10-15s) errors on 9 and 10 followed by just not matching the pace of a very speedy Matty D at the end meant I was third fastest overall. Happy to be up there with the top M21s though and to finally get a win in juniors this year.

Bit of a meh session- solo, windy and probably a little too soon after I had lunch. Still a little bit of cold hanging around too but a nice easy next couple of days planned before the weekend and I'll be right.
