Cold grey day. Wore my wetsuit bottom half which was good on legs but uncomfortable on shoulders. Kept me warm though. Winter days make me feel nervous like a beginner cos I don't want to fall in.

Fringed Hill Quest with Georgia. After some fun in the gorse we ended up taking the road to the top of Fringed, I jogged most of the way but Georgia pulled ahead. Coming down black diamond we saw some deer. Kept rolling my ankles til I tightened my shoe laces. After a near miss we found the new track (1 Quest success!) which was fun to run along except my headtorch was dim til I swapped the batteries. Saw more deer. Back down FDH and dun trail. Still running all the way to my house but was broken once I stopped, luckily all I had to do was microwave leftovers for tea. Even got the night sweats!
