Walk with C on ridge. After a weekend of ... film making!!! I am so exhausted physically and mentally that I'm surprised I managed even this modest exercise session. I was in about 100 shots, having to act and be physical in most of them. I have a few impressive bruises and a new skill. Crossing fingers that our film will make the final so we can watch it on the big screen Lights, Canberra, Action. March 10, senate rose gardens, evening - since you asked ;)
Now I just have to get through a day of work zzzzz...

A good fast walk with hills with carmen. This is a breakthrough as she used to dawdle, now she is keen on exercise which is good for me. Tea after made for a mood boosting morning.
