Final class of term. Did a new posture a bit like an upside down cat - supporting weight on hands and heels, lifting up from sitting position with legs out straight in front.
Did double angle pose, then a head to knee version of the Triangle Pose.
But nothing in the world feels as good as Downward Dog - reps or warm ups or holding for longer, love it.

A non dawdling commute to uke club. Was given a kazoo then allowed to keep it and take it home. It's bright orange and makes me happy. Got at least 3 compliments on my "pretty" voice today. Smile smile blush blush, oh how things have changed. Hot today - 30C max and sunny and clear.

Run-walk intervals up hill to top of Ridge (16:37), south down FT for a short loop back to dryandra then to carmen's for tea. Felt strong but a bit unco.
