Used today to do some hill reps on the downs.
It was almost 2 miles to the hill, then I did 4 reps on the hill.

started slow and picked it up
Started fast and backed off

Really felt this. I was very tired and had to take a rest before running back. Will need to do a few more of these and get stronger.

Medium run, about as far as I can go in a lunch break.
Felt quite good with the running and although it was a little breezy i enjoyed the run and the legs felt good. I think i'm ready to get back to some good training and feel good about it again.
