Terrain Run 56:39 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run. Straight up and down the 356 Trig via the bunker with Dave, Lindsey, Alice and Iain. No snow at the bottom but DEEP (knee deep) snow at the top. 35:31 up, 21:09 down = 56:39.

Orienteering race 1:00:13 [5] 5.6 km (10:45 / km)

FVO Night Orienteering, Barr Wood ("Long A", 5.6 km) in 59:38 (unofficial) or 60:13 (official). Most fun I've had for ages with a compass. Mass start in ideal conditions (mild, mostly very runnable underfoot). Small misses at 3, 6 and 15, and some confusion 8-9, but basically a pretty fast and clean run on an excellent area. Great fun!

Garscube Interval Session at Anniesland. Warm up (10:11), 1 x mile (7:05), 2 x 800 m (3:27, 3:39), 4 x 400 m (1.38, 1:41. 1:42, 1:42), warm down (10:19). Session 59:10. Good workout.
