Plean parkrun #51. An unexpectedly rapid return to Plean on a cold and crisp (but not wet or slippery) morning with Ben and Josie. Felt easier than last week, but ran almost exactly the same time (23:31 compared to 23:35 last week). Note that my time in the official results is wrong and hasn't yet been corrected. Cold, wet and slippery when I got back to Bearsden.

Brief and gentle warm up.
Busy day, ending with the JOK Scotland Christmas Dinner.
Terrain Run 50:54 
CLYDE Terrain Run, The Slacks anticlockwise on a cold and clear evening with Dave, Ty, Mirjam, Iain and Alice in 50:54. Surprisingly cosy in thick tights and a thermal layer usually reserved for skiing. Great views across Erskine Bridge.
Strength and Conditioning 20:00 
Garscube Strength and Conditioning. Introductory and testing session of 70 minutes, but probably will only about 20 minutes of exercise.
Interval Session intervals 1:12:54 
Garscube intervals at track. Warm up, stretching, 8 x 800 m all between 3:29 and 3:34 except last one in 3:14, warm down, stretching, jog back to car. Tough session (72:54) on a chilly evening.
