Intraining session - 8 x indian surges on 500m.
Tough because of the little recovery and pace changes, but really good.
I think I started out too fast on the first one which had me struggling a bit in the rest.
Felt a bit tired and not as fast as last week which I kind of expected. Foot got sore about half way through, I think the lack of strength made this come up.
Breathing wasn't great and wasn't lifting knees enough/had a low cadence.
Fun though!

Lots of walking around so feet had a fair bit of loading so didn't want to run today. Its been a big week anyway and haven't been getting enough sleep to recovery properly so feeling quite tired.

Good run, things are improving.
Getting better at pacing myself - this started out quite a bit slower than I think I usually would but I still felt quite strong at the end. Was pushing to catch another lady. I think first half could've been a bit faster though still.
Nice to have some positives this week.

5km on 200 on, 200 off around the oval at Moore Park.
Sluggish and humid morning and not moving very fast.
Reps were a bit quicker than planned and then I kept cutting the distance of the recoveries shorter because I wasn't going to make it back to the start because they were too slow. I think the turn arounds took up a lot of time. Would've been better if I could've run the whole way around the oval but there was a heap of mud on one side.
So I had to add a rep to make up the extra distance.
Shoulders were quite hunched so breathing wasn't good and I was struggling at the end.
Next time I do this session it will be better.
