Hip was sore so a bit of everything to try to sort it out.

Swapped my long run for a cycle because of my hip.
Its been so long since I last rode my bike but this was so much fun and yet hard work at the same time. Wanted to go for longer but it was getting dark.
I think I want to add in more cycling to my training.

Accidentally shortened mona because I completely forgot that the 90s existed and thought that it was 45s instead. And then on top of that I completely forgot about the 4th 15s when I got to it. So it ended up being 2 x 60s, 4 x 45s, 4 x 30s, 3 x 15s with equal rec, which was probably good though, because it was way too hot and humid by the time I actually made it out of the house.
