NightNav at Auchenflower.
First time using the phone app and my phone didn't work so left about 10mins after everyone else so I was pretty much by myself the whole time. Took me a bit to get into it as I was unsure of whether it was working, but I really liked using the app, definitely making everything about nightnav easier for organisers and runners.
Wasn't pushing too hard and just having a nice run. Good fun.

Okay run, navigation was a bit scrappy because I wasn't concentrating enough on the right things and the terrain was super vague. Was second guessing myself a fair bit too and also wasn't pushing physically as much as I should've been. Good fun though, terrain was runnable even though there was a fair bit of junk and long grass. I want to come back here soon to do some compass training.
Garmin was stopped accidentally so distance and climb are approximates from measuring it out on strava.

Easy one with Francois.
This week has been super easy training wise, didn't feel great energy- wise and just feeling pretty flat in general so cut a few days. I think this is from not good sleep/eating and also stress, as well as a big week before.
Got my mojo back from this run though, so all good, and this week will definitely be better.
