10 x 100m, 10 x 50m with 30s rest and 60s between the two.
In the rain! Very nice. And getting faster!! And had a lane all to myself the whole time!!!
Middle 100 and a couple of the 50s too fast but didn't slow down more after them so all g.
Splits: 100s avg 1:46; 50s avg 50.

Longer one bc I felt good, too late to go to the gym but too early to go to lecture and also just to get to 3k. :)

Would've done strength after but there is just not enough hours in the day to get everything done.
