Easy run.
Woke up early this morning because my foot was super irritated but after icing it for a while I decided to go for a run anyway because I had not made any progress on my assignments and needed to get away from them.

Easy 20 before breakky
Foot was ok though started to hurt a bit towards the end.

Swapped my long run for a ride of about the same time to stay off the foot.
Fun, legs were so jelly at the end and the last few climbs were a struggle

core stuff again - noticed a difference in breathing in rehearsal tonight so yay -
and some easy leg/glute stuff and stretching
Also strapped my foot with compression tape this morning and it has been less painful which is a good sign.

In workshop today we were talking about activating the inner core muscles (the second layer) to be able to breathe better, so tried to do some of the exercises for this that we were talking about. + some stretching

Pool was warm but outside was chilly!
