5 minute warm up, 45 minutes hard in one direction and recovery in the other directions, then a 5 minute cool down.

I was out cold when the alarm went off this morning, could have easily just hit snooze............

5-10% incline. Increased about every 3 minutes. Up to 3.7mph.

Worked up from a 5 to 10% incline. Maxed at 3.5mph. Hard to go any faster considering my boot and shoe are uneven.

Biking (Inside ) 25:00 [3]

Middle 19 minutes - 20 seconds hard 40 seconds recovery. Heart rate up to 150 after speed sessions after a few warm up ones. Love it!!
Felt great! Just gotta remember to not clip my shoe out of my bike on my bad side, that could potentially be bad.

Middle 30 minutes, went hard one direction and easier the other. Equaled about 15x1 minutes hard with 1 minute recovery between each hard effort. Just wish I could get my heart rate up like I can on the road. But, felt the burn in the legs, so that is good :)
