Anna did a different kind of workout today, I took off time for the "rest" sections.
10 reps 10 times with 30 seconds rest between. Did one exercises the full 10 times before moving onto the next:
Squats
Chest press
RDLs
Back rows
Squat thrusters
Planks 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off
