did my usual pyramid of 2x (30/30 60/30 120/60 180/60 120/60 60/30 30/10) legs were getting tired and sore towards the end so did some long stretches when I got back.

running long 56:34 [4] 9.43 km (6:00 / km) +300m 5:11 / km

went along the hill to barrahormid then down and back along to the loch. then up to the trip point and along the ridge. down the fields and back along the road. such a beautiful day, so I was glad I did my long run today, really beautiful looking over to Jura

ran along the road to danna as I was feeling immensely tired. legs feeling even more sore than they were yesterday.

went to 'stretch and tone' ad did lots of stretching which was wonderful for my legs and back. did some strength stuff as well which was useful for my core
