Vinterserien, Enskede IP, A-course. Orienteering was quite easy, lots of running. Tried to keep up the speed, without pushing to much. Worked well, a bit of a surprise after the overall running status the last week.

MTB/Cycling 52:31 [3] 15.1 km (3:29 / km)

A couple of minutes of equipment changeover and off to Vinterserien MTB-O long course. A little bit to cold, a little bit to icy and a little bit to much Tallkrogen for my taste. But really nice by IFK Enskede to offer MTB-O at Vinterserien!
Alltogether a very good training day.
