Joint Centrum/OKS training, Svartvik. This training was perfect for me, gave me a lot of things to work with. Relay training, masstart, gaffled courses. Started well and kept up with faster runners for the first third of the course. Hesitated on nr4, found it located to high in the terrain and was unsure if it was my gaffle, lost the immediate contact to the group. Closed in on them and joined some of them at nr6. Lost the lamps ahead on my way to nr9. Take-away #1: My group running abilities at the moment are better than I expected. Was on my own on my way to nr9, ran to fast and drifted left and got a bit lost. Probably lost a lot of time relocating. Take-away #2: I can't regulate speed very well. Was on my own on the rest of the course, and it was good for me. Enjoyed beeing back in Svartvik, liked the course, a lots of positive technical things. Take-away #3: Night-O finally starting to gett better. Lost time on 13, 15 and 18. Take-away #4: I often loose direction on similar looking areas (in this case mash-area). Take-away #5: Not a new insight, but neglecting a planned attack point gives a missed control.
Overall a nice technical and social night!
Calf didn't complain.
