Run long (Lane Cove to Hornsby) 3:17:00 [3] 28.71 km (6:52 / km) +655m 6:10 / km
shoes: Asics Kayano 22

Run from Lane Cove North through Lane Cove NP to Pennant Hills Park then over Westleigh on Great North Walk to Hornsby. Wasn't pushing too hard but pretty much maintained same speed for full 3hrs+ with no low patches. Freezing for the first half in the valley.

About as far as I could manage before I got tired/bored. Then spent the next 20 min cooking in the spa.

Felt so much better than on the weekend. Fun course, got stuck once to #15 behind an impassable fence and had to back-track and maybe another 20 secs at road crossing. Good fun.

Again felt flat after another day of not eating great at the beer festival with Brooner and Zach the day before. Was quite dehydrated halfway around too. Lost bits of time on #1, #2, #10 and #15.

Run from new place a minute away from Lane Cove NP trails. Felt terrible though, maybe because of a big moving day yesterday and no proper meals.
