In the double on the Waikato. Actually felt pretty good this morning.

Famous (in LIC) Waingaro to Port Waikato 'death loop'. 3500 m in elevation , 70% gravel roads , this was pretty tough. Kept up with the team, smashed the hills, and overall felt great, maybe a little weary for the last hour...

Pirongia Grey rd loop. 10kg pack - easy pace.

pretty average paddle on lake Karepiro. Struggled a bit.
Orienteering Urban race 46:30  8.5 km (5:28 / km)
Hamilton East Rogaine. Good general plan, And all went pretty well. Lost 2 points at the end though for being back late, I could put that down to crossing the wrong bridge in the gardens and leading to a dead end.
Bozzy followed me again this week , this is happening too often , he really needs to learn how to do this on his own.
