Ngutunui loop w Thomas. Gravel road goodness with the big 3 hills 10k/10k/15k. We both smashed it this ride, though feeling the effects the next day.

Te Aroha summit track w Lani and Richard. Lani ran , while we loaded up packs with weight (12kg) and tramped hard up the hill. 1:10 going up, 1:05 coming down. Got a serious sweat up !
