https://www.strava.com/activities/3032896697 Finally been pretty happy with my run and navigation, the plan mostly worked . Could not find #223 which was worth 30 points, although strava suggests I was around the corner. I feel like the last 10 min of each race ("the last 10 min syndrome") makes a significant difference, I can improve this aspect (30 points extra today would have made a difference). I also ran late today by only 1 min and 57 seconds which is the best so far in the summer series, managed to avoid 30 points penalty by a whisker... so overall happy yay (-; but I can get to the next level for sure, if i polish my navigation more!
