A moderate hour with some pace changes.

Body felt ok, head not great. Bit lethargic this morning. Felt like just lying watching telly. If anything the run energised me.

A really shitty day. I have been feelign good all week after a little bit of a cold and woke up this morning feeling like i did last week. Blowing my nose and feeling rubbish. Quite a shock as i went to bed feeling normal.

More of an easy run to be honest. I got wet. Very wet.

Felt brilliant tonight. Really good session. Felt strong throughout it. It felt like it was hard work but i wasn't struggling. I enjoyed it.

A good solid moderate run from home round the Setmurthy loop. Legs feeling good. Still got some snot but it is loose and clear.

Got wet tonight. First time in a long time.

Really good session tonight. felt good doing TE circuits. felt nice and loose and flexible. Enjoyed it.

A nice easy run in nice weather. I felt a lot better than i have for days. No ill effects from yesterday but like i said, i didn't hurt myself like i usually do.

Still snotty but not too bad.
