shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19- Blue/Red

RUN #2: Did on TM @ 1.5% with 3 repeats of 10:00 @ easy pace (+20s) and 5:00 @ marathon pace (+20s) with 5:00 C/D. Right foot still has stone bruise feeling but good to know this took you a while to get over as well. Such a tricky little ailment.

RUN #1: Opted outside on rolling gravel road with some company. Took it easy to test out right foot.
