Online workout with squats, planks, skater jumps, etc. Mindful of hamstring.

RUN #1: Ended up doing my long run as hilly. Felt awful the first 7 miles- really heavy legs- perhaps because of the warmer weather.

Saturday Feb 18 #

Running 49:00 [3] 4.98 mi (9:50 / mi)

RUN #3: Flatter recovery run with 4 x 0:15 strides at end. I mixed up the directions for long run and this one but think that'll be okay. Had a weird schedule Thursday-weekend.
