Lunchtime ride in the sun
Out through Baddesley to Hursley, through Slakestead to Braishfield then back via Baddesley.
Bailed on my normal Monday lunchtime yoga last minute to get out on a nice day. A good ride bar the Slakestead road which was pretty icey and dicey. Legs felt a little tired on a couple of the hills but otherwise moving fairly well.

Forest run with Richard
From Fritham out across the Plain and back through the Inclosures. First time I have driven out to the Forest for a run or a walk since Christmas. Felt a bit weird heading out and as if I shouldn't be doing it. Good to be lead on a route and to keep the feet dry! Mainly on big gravel tracks. Think I push Richard a little bit when we go out together.

Lunchtime Common run
Had planned to only do 30 mins easy but felt good so continued on. Common was busy so just ran through it rather than do loops. Felt really happy this week with my running speed and fitness, felt completely fine running at 5mins/km which hasn't happened for a long time. Unfortunately was in pain in my knees and ankles again on Friday evening and a bit fatigued on Saturday.
Testing out the new shoes, they seem pretty okay. Laces long so can use both top loops.
