Saw the sports therapist this morning
Sports massage and some exercises. First time being taped up. Better the rest of the day, was able to work but uncomfortable on a short evening walk.

Western Night League - Edge
Walking as my back was hurting. Thought of it as night nav practice, focused on direct bearings and did a lot more pacing than usual. 1:4,000 scale was interesting and meant everything was quite close. Decent position bearing in mind I didn't run! Also very well timed within the hour.

Lunch ride with Nicole exploring some roads to the west of town

Really sunny at home but soon into the fog. Pretty unpleasant with poor visibility and quite a bit of traffic. Also really quite cold and my hands took ages to warm up.

First noted the bad back in the morning after 90 mins standing desk. Okay the rest of the day. Legs and fatigued in the evening in Tesco.

Started the day with joints and legs achey and painful. Took painkillers. Okay at work
Migraine after lunch in Upton on Severn
Friday back hurt after using the standing desk for 90 mins
Evening walk to unsuccessful cinema and then legs hurt and felt tired
