Itchen way trails accidental Hash
Started a loop from the Hub Bishopstoke with the intention of returning down the Itchen way. Saw a group of runners across a field who warned us of some frisky horses. Had a look but decided to head back, bumped into the group again who were doing a hash. Said would we like to join so we did, a loop through Stoke park wood then back to Banbridge. Did a fair bit of checking and running. Good fun! Got a bit cold and wet near the end, then had to down two halves and drank a pint in the social! Got a bit tipsy especially as I hadn't had any breakfast!

Souther Fell
Had considered two quick up and backs, but decided to make this into a better route. Up the valley with some river crossings, then a very gradual ascent to the col then the top. Basically runnable all the way, before a fast descent. Ticked off my 100th Wainwright and almost finished the Northern fells book.
