Obviously died on #4 but also ran faster, so that might be why. Rest was jog down (90 s) and starting approximately 30 s later on the next whole 30.

7.30 of this is jogging. Gave myself a minute of timed rest after the last one.

OMG this was better than expected. Just went for it cause wanted to see where I'm at and also wanted a time for petitioning. Note that the 2nd k is mostly downhill and the rest flat, and also had to stop halfway for cars (paused time) but STILL. Went through 3 k in 11.55 and I was like wtf and then didn't die completely for the rest of it. Studying for finals and only doing high intensity brings shape I guess.

Got home from a long day of school, still really warm and sunny, figured I'd go for a run BUT then looked at the time and it was almost 10 pm haha

No time for going to track today, so just went down to a place with asphalt around a grass field. Think it was 420-430 m around, half slightly downhill and other half slightly uphill. Not sure about pace exactly but felt tired and slow, although seemed to be running pretty well according to my watch. Really tired the last 2 and windpipes definitely struggling.
Workout was supposed to be 1000-1000-800-800-800-600, so did 4.15-4.15-3.25-3.25-3.25-2.25 with 2 rest.
