Night cup! Was mostly on my own but it went pretty well. One strange thing is I gained time on people on trails and other fast parts, but had a hard time keeping up in the forest. Have to work on my forest running it seems.

It's starting to get real boring running all by myself. Next week will be lots better though! Today I mixed it up a bit between trails, forest, beach, sand dunes and rocky hills by the sea so it wasn't too boring ;) Speed was actually pretty decent considering the footing.

Realized I haven't been running all week, and since the temperature was above zero there was nothing holding me back. Felt good, first kilometers were easy and slow to not stress the windpipes, and as my body got warmer my legs got faster. Nice! Not too much pain in the pipes either.
