Sunday morning long run up the Merri/Edgars.
Was warmer out in the sun than I'd realised after it cooled down to quite chilly last night. Felt ok running :) Right knee still a little niggly though :(

Found a place in Thornbury that does "80s fit" classes - not dance for the over-80s as David suggested, but aerobics-y stuff to 80s music.
I was very unco. Had to concentrate pretty hard and still wasn't always quite sure how I was meant to be flapping my arms around. Will probably go back though :)
