Kennington Reservoir Parkrun
After not being swooped all season, copped at least 3 on the way to Parkrun (although one was only a magpie lark).
This was as fast as I could go! Seeded myself poorly and got stuck behind a lot of people at the start. Hip felt good running at the start. Calves tightened up and everything just felt a bit sore later on though.
