Very short evening jog. Had pancakes at the end, although I'm not sure the run justified the quantity...
Very out of routine for training. Need to get back in to it, and start back with some strength stuff too.

Sprint orienteering - Princes Hill
Late starters mass start of 2. Which meant I had a bit less pressure and took a few secs to pick my first 3 controls.
Just plodded around - felt like slow going and like I hadn't run for 3.5 weeks.
Left hamstring tight - need to give my legs a bit of tlc.
