Latish one after a loong potential housemate visit.

12'30 warm up, 10' warm down, 2' on the elliptical on the front nature strip (distance = 0).

Running 14:30 intensity: (8:20 @2) + (6:10 @4)

7 x Coburg Lake hill reps, with looking at VU St Albans sprint map on the downhills.

Really like this session (hills with map in recovery).

Orienteering 58:08 [3] 5.0 km (11:38 / km)

Ballarat series at Nerrina.

Another long-feeling run! Was pretty slippy out there and I really need new shoes that are more grippy. Found it a lot harder looking for tapes rather than flags. Slow. My Saturday long runs probably don't help feeling fresh for Sunday (oh, nor the hens party).

Beat Warwick D by 16 seconds, which is 4 fewer than I thought because I can't do simple maths.

Saturday morning soft plastic drop off and bread purchasing.

Similar route to two weeks ago, except without a stop at Officeworks. Had to go up and back on the same side of Edgars Creek as it was too high to cross without getting wet feet. Last 2ish km were a struggle!
