A gentle km at Brunswick in the evening. Was lovely - so much nicer than sweaty Coburg on a day like today.
Had the lane all to myself and still managed to hit my head on the lane rope twice.
My slightly bung left ankle didn't really enjoy the swim.

Penola College > home.
Skipped the training but took the long way home. Moonee Ponds Creek down to Dawson then across to the Upfield. Nice to have a tailwind for the last little bit.

Sprint into Spring - Penola College.
Good race in a tricky little area. Was leading at #7. Didn't lose much time, except for about 15s trying to work out the map flip.
Hammy was just very slightly sore the whole way.

Evening streets jog. Had planned to go further but my L ankle was playing up. It's been a bit tweaky for a few weeks, but tonight was actually causing me pain on and off :( I think I need a new lower body.
