Back in Cambridge, quick cycle round through Toft and Hardwich, enjoying the summer evening.

Same again, alternating to keep track. Felt pretty snotty by the end- think I might have a low level cold- probably not helped by a few late nights this week.

Alternating 100m crawl 100m breaststroke.
