Granchester and back along the road from SJP with Lucy.
Fastest run I’ve done for a while. Legs still feeling pretty tired from circuits, but felt alright aerobically.

Definitely haven’t run this fast for ages, it’s so much easier to motivate myself when there’s other people around. Jogging rest is hard.
Definitely feeling circuits from yesterday in my legs and core.

Student lunchtime circuits class at Kelsey Kerridge.
First time I’d been to one of these, actually pretty good. Lots of jumping and squatting as well as the usual core exercises, so felt like I was working hard.

‘Hill’ run
My trainers officially reached the end of their life on Friday so new shoes today- felt a bit tense at the front of the foot but otherwise very nice. Felt decent on this run, a bit slow across the muddy fields in the middle though.

Big Granchester loop.
Was really not feeling motivated for this as I got back from London at 1am last night and then spent the whole day helping with the Open Day so felt tired and very slow, got the legs turning over a bit faster by the end.

To Granchester and round through Trumpington. Made an effort to run a bit harder on kms 3-5 and 5.5-7.5, trying to get my body used to fast flat runs again. Stomach felt grim at the end though so a bit of a crawl home.
