Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [3]

CUHH circuits.
Paddy's leg thing, Phil's core loop, more core, drills, stretching. Feeling strong and generally looking good.
Legs feeling tired so decide to move today's run to Wednesday morning - probably long run+ football + late night not really helping.

CUHH Long run
Past Coton, Comberton, Barton and back up Barton road to Selwyn. Managed to keep with the main group of girls this week which was really good, pace sometimes a bit uncomfortable but never really bad.
Mostly on tarmac though, right knee a bit twingy but fine afterwards.

Saturday Jan 21 #

with Emma, nice chatty pace.

CUHH college league race at Coldham's common.
Felt strong but never really pushing the pace, really muddy on most of the paths. Ready to get some speed work done this term.

Friday Jan 20 #

Fairly steady out to the field by Clare pitches, then back to Lammas Land, out to Pem pitches and back into college. Feeling like there was more in the legs for a good fast session tomorrow.

CUOC circuits.
Actually quite continuous exercises this week, which was good. Core really good but need to work on the jumping exercises a bit.

Wednesday Jan 18 #

Swimming 1:00:00 [3] 2.5 km (24:00 / km)

5x 100m warm up alternating breaststroke and crawl.
15x 75m steady 25m fast crawl
5x 100m cool down alternating breaststroke and crawl.
Total 100 lengths, surprised that this actually fitted into the hour. Better pacing than last week I think, didn't feel so tired in the 2nd half.
