Out from college to Cottenham and back past Girton. This ride took about 5 minutes longer last year, so maybe cycling has improved a bit with riding into college for lectures every day?

Morning run round the Grange road fields. Actually a really nice loop and sunrise was nice.
7 PM

Orienteering training 41:05 [3] 5.84 km (7:02 / km)

Churchill adventure race. Orienteering not great but also pretty easy so i got away with it.

10 minute warm up, but longer cool down today, probably to make up for the shorter than normal session? Feeling really good on the cool down again, loving running right now.

Short session for the Blues runners, but with floating rest jogging back across the field still quite tough. Good to get a bit of speed work in though, and feeling reasonably good again.
