I think I'll call this 'deconstructed hills'!! I need to do hill sessions, I need to refund my hill climbing/descending strength, but my brain wasn't very focused and my body was so creaky this morning!! Under-fuelled was not helping either. Calmer days ahead hopefully, so time to focus on a bit of well-being for all.

But it was a lovely session, if slow. In the rain, taking random undulations as the feet decided. It's a start :-)

Feeling really lethargic and sleepy today and nearly bailed. But Scarlett needed air as well, so a bimble round the Hill 99 trail, while Scarlett did her C25K. Drizzle and pollen laden puddles. Definitely better for doing it.

Body wasn't really willing for this, I so nearly went for a bike ride and probably should have! But I didn't, was far too late setting off and so it was fairly warm!! Just very creaky. But it was lovely on the trails all the way to Randolph's Leap where it for busy. Turned around when I realised that having to dodge everyone on the narrow trails was tedious and I really wasn't feeling very sociable!
The sun was glorious, it was fab sitting on a rock in the middle of the river, feeling joy, and the low water meant I could scramble along as well.
