hour on the wall at SpireRox ... not been since before Christmas but far less rusty than I thought I would be - bliss to be back on a rope, going to ache tomorrow after nailing a 6a

Hill efforts with the MOR ladies + Alan :-)

6 x up and round and down Nelson's Tower from the finger post.

First one slow, next three consistent then clearly slowing for the last two. Warm-up lap round grant park grass area and then a mile cool down after.
Finished off with coffee and cake and cooing over Lils labrador puppies :-) earnt our cake though!!
