Relay practice, Paul gave me and Finlay the girls map by mistake so just head to head with him. So quick, dropped me after went wrong way round green. Straight is ggg

Sprint intervals with Finlay, jog two controls fast for 4. Good laugh.

O intervals (rec time included) with Finlay and Eddie. Taking different routes, took path options on a few, defo quicker straight today!

Fun middle, started with Finlay going slowly but no plan, messed around first two but that Jaffe caught us so dropped some 3:30km's n boshed out the rest. Tracking up a bit.

JHI hill running trail,

Up hills where going okay, only walked on the super steep bit up to the summit and Gav hardly took time out of me jogging, just my down hill/flat was bit off today. Probably because had 2nd easy so couldn't be bother putting a shift in, also need to get new shoes for the actual race - 8k in my old ruined invo8 190s gave Achilles bit of problems.
