Feeling shattered after this so patched a run.

intervals 27:02 [3] 5.75 km (4:42 / km)

5 x 970m loop at meadows (so a super tight corner).

Times: 3:04, 2:58, 3:02, 3:01, 3:00. Overall time 6 mins for each rep. Lavely and warm and feeling okay, bit dead by end but not in absolute pieces.

Met Finlay for bit of o practice at Dumyat doing short brown from ages ago. Pretty meh moving v slowly but nav okayish although got stuck in green for about 5 mins at the end.

Roughly 10mins slower than when i did it last which is slightly worrying...

Sprint around Stirling uni, legs in pieces. Me and Finlay made the course before on 1:10000 map which was bit rubbish for sprint. Quite fun head to head but decided to skip few controls bc ceebs going to top of hill. Taking opposite route choices on most.. good stuff.

Testing the fitness a bit, really not feeling up for this but good to do. Was thinking maybe this x 2 but was pretty spent after it, alot harder than when I did it around meadows ages ago. Joe struggling too, possibly heat taking it out of us aswell.
