We decided we would run to the knees of the giant. So we definitely got the hills in today! Run was beautiful and passed us by very quickly! Was so serene and peaceful up there! Headed back down and ran into t-harbour. Swam out at Silver Islet afterwards, my guess is my legs will feel it tomorrow! Going to try and hit 100 miles this week!

*That is the total time but there were a few moments we couldn't run and had to walk/up or down the trail so I generously put 2 hours of continuous running!

Woke up early and made the drive back to town with Jordo to meet up with everyone for workout. Zimak was there so it was nice to do the 4k with him . Took it out hard to be strategic since I knew the back half was mostly downhill however my pace did slow going back up the dirt path in the last k or so. Brought it back coming down the middle path. Definitely worked hard today and was just able to go in to the run, however I think I could have run that smarter. Still satisfied with the result. Zimak kept the cooldown pace very honest so that was nice!

Today was a really good morning of cross training. Solid run and got after the glutes in the circuit today! Then spent the elliptical running through the alpines and crushing the hills. Felt really quick and competitive on the circuit! Crushing the weights today

Took a little longer to get in the hills this week. I haven't had the best week mentally. The last few hills were much better and really wanted to use the competition to get everything out.
