Woke up at 4:30 in the morning and proceeded to throw up for the next couple of hours. Felt awful for the rest of the day and stayed home. Obvious to say I didn't run today.

Today was the fastest I have felt this season really destroying those hills. Squats and pushups really hurt the upper shoulders.

Woke up this morning absolutely freezing heading down the 527 back into Armstrong hoping for some flatter terrain. Got what I wished for! Started off pretty quick and kept that going for the rest of the run...

Today was the best workout I have done since coming back. Tempo just felt really smooth + efficient. Just continuously pushing that line so the workout went really well.

Offday run down the 527. Headed south which was quite hilly and fresh gravel! Ankles were quite sore during and afterward but the baseball later on that night loosened everything up again...

Today was awful was not mentally prepared to do this at all... Just was focused on the time too much and did not focus on just applying more effort with each interval... The best part of the workout was the all out 400. Ran as fast as I could possibly go and just focused on running with my hands coming up. Strength was some sit and push as well as some deeeeep squats
