Focusing on plan and splitting up legs. Still quite scrappy in places. Got caught out by some high walls, dark green and the last control being under a tunnel. 3rd overall and I beat Peders :)

The session was 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4min [90s]
Followed Jackie's advice of starting with a half session so just the first part of the pyramid. Hip felt fine for the first 2 reps then kicked in a little when I picked up the pace for the shorter ones. Missed out the second 1 and 2 mins then tried to join in on the 3min. Didn't feel quite right so skipped the last 4min.
Half a session's better than no session I guess :)
