Picked up some considerit doughnuts on the way home so today is already a good day. Suns out so may have to swap the spin bike for the road bike later today.

Legs beginning to tire on rep 4 then fully died on the last one so just jogged it out.
Foot not hurting at all while running. Slightly more sore to touch and stretch after but on the whole pretty happy since I was fully expecting it to flare up on the warm down.
