Planned on doing a half session so 2x8min
Shin/calf was not good during the warmup but the pain disappeared during the first rep. Finished the second rep and still no pain so did a third. Didn't want to get too carried away so stopped there. Legs keep dying after the first rep so the other two were slower but at least it was more like a full session than the past few weeks.
Maybe the acupuncture is helping?

2nd acupuncture session. A little more painful than last week. I still don't see how people do it to relax though.

Shin pain wasn't too bad again but its not really improving its just always there. Not sure how to go about it since I've only got one more week of being able to cross train easily.
