Classic ski on snow! Went to the golf course on Arnold road. Worked no pole double pole, no pole striding. Then played ultimate frisbee on skis.

Skate speeds. 1st set 5x30 sec v2 uphill, 2nd set 5x30 sec v1 uphill, 3rd set skate downhill then v2 uphill. Focused on staying low and getting arms up quickly

Rollerskiing… actually felt pretty good. Technique felt great, focused on getting arms higher on v2. 5 speed downhill sprints at the end.

Chester bounding interval loop x2. 8 mins about for each. Started when it was almost pitch dark out. Decided to only do that because I didn't want to fall and I was getting scared all alone in the woods and it was dark. Overall though felt decent. Used classic poles.
