Felt rubbish today but i did force myself out. Five times the grassy hill which was hell and then some relay type hill circuits. Garmin missed a little out so i reckon an extra 1k but yolo. Bed time now please.

Out from Edale up Kinder with Zoe, Ian and Kieran. Calves a little tight but relaxed into it after a while. Zoe took us up some mad route and we ended up caving through a passage of rock which was fun if a little bit terrifying! Then across kinder with a few minor incidents involving people needing to be pulled out of bogs and then back again and back across shortest pass and down the other side. All the fun was had. Some days are made for running in the peaks and today was absolutely one of them. So beaut.
