Yorkshire and English Champs.
I had all the fun. Straight up which was not fun. Hung on to Helen for as long as i could. Nicky just pipped me to the top but then it got exciting. Down the hill whaheey. Straight past Nicky and the other girl and chasing down Helen. Caught her fairly quickly and she kept up with me through the bog until it got a bit more technical and i managed to get away. Over took 12 on the decent and have the fastest split for the down on starva YAS. Took a little tumble and a little detour at the end but definitely got ma love of the downhill back. 5th Yorkshire lady home and 2nd U23. Also 15th overall in a strong field (because of it being Yorkshires and English). Really pleased. Less than 4 mins down on Lizzie and the last time we raced a similar course she was 7 ahead of me so that's improvement!
