WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY. Legs felt fine so trundled on for a cheeky hour in rivelin.

5x1km hilly rivelin loop as on Tuesday last week but with 2min recovery instead of 3... absolute death. My legs were not having any of it at all and it was swelteringly hot (probably wasn't but it felt it) and I wished I was wearing a vest not a tshirt. Wanted to call it a day after theee but absolutely forced myself round and I'm pleased I completed it.
5.15, 5.33, 5.41, 5.36, 5.34 so... slower than last ties but I guess considering my fatigue from the weekend and this weeks training and the shorter rest it's not as bad as I thought whilst doing it.
Was having a well deserved rest on the floor when Gillian wandered past so we walked back up through rivelin and has a good catch-up!
