Easy round the allotments + a little wiggle around at the end. Sometimes it''s just nice to head out on your own and clear your head.

After a few false starts involving our inability to correctly pump up a tire we set off into the lovely fresh air. Out on manchester road, over to dam flask via rivetin and then back through loxley and then rivelin and manchester road again to finish. Legs feeling a little tired but very enjoyable - even the accidental on purpose sprint finish up the hill at the end!

HR still up and throat v sore...but I'm totally bored of doing nothing. Have decorated the house with a lot of tinsel and baked cakes and tidied my room. So i went for a little run and it was lovely and i very much enjoyed myself and i hope i haven't made myself worse :D

Gentle strength session as throat still sore and feeling fatigued. But i enjoyed it a lot because i put on the christmas carols in the background :)
