Felt strong through first set of efforts, kept up with Ifor for first 2 then ahead of him on 1st 3 min effort... 2nd set of efforts proved harder and Ifor broke me on the 2nd 2 min and 3 min efforts. Felt OK and kept up with Ifor mostly for the final 2 efforts.... going to be sore tomorrow/thursday....!
