Recce of training run from Sea Mills lane. Ran through really lovely little meadow, right by Portway. Full of wildflowers and butterflies! Very nice run for being in Bristol, chipped off at end to run home from bottom entrance of Blaise. Felt quite tired and stiff for second half of run, haven't really run for a couple of weeks and felt it!
