Really nice day so decided to go for a bit of a ride. Was enjoying it so much I just kept going. Unfortunately didn't refuel very well at the hour and ran out of fuel in the legs ~1:50 in. Crawled back from there oops.

Not really feeling like racing today. Course was a lot easier/ a little rubbish I thought (started with super easy stuff in a park?). Would have been 3rd, could see that time plus a bit more.

Brilliant course, was surprised how cool this was the amount of times we train here! Easily would have won the m35s, surprisingly as I wasn't going all out.

Whoa. These tracks were ridiculous, 20km squeezed into a tiny area! Got a little lost when I had enough of constant switchbacks, would make a sick addition to the sprint map!

Orienteering race (Middle Earth Sprint) 16:25 [5] *** 4.2 km (3:55 / km)

5th elite, 3rd M20. Fast but a little boring sprint. My speed was there today (unlike Oceania, proved I was quick enough!) but a mistake cost me the chance to upset big time. Promising way to end the carnival, really sparked some confidence and a massive amount of desire! Bring on JWOC!
