Went with the sprinters' group, so the first 2ks were 11 minutes... But from there, I decided to run a bit faster, and the result was great: 3ks under 4mins/k. Only went for a Nettle-circ, not tough. Stretching afterwards.

Laufschule and 6x drills on the pitch. Quite fast, moves felt good from inside.

5mins of planking and a 1-8-1 pyramid in pull-ups. Then 5x(8 push-ups and 5 "knee to toe" jumps with Bálint) Legs worked better this time.

I've set a "many-controls" middle distance course for myself and Dad on Fráter-tanya. It was a lot of fun, I only made one small mistake for the last control, where I didn't read the map correctly and lost my direction in the green. Really enjoyed it, but the forest is still fully green and filled with spiders and bugs with great undergrowth.

6x800-1000m O-Intervals. Phisically felt not good but OK, but technically I struggled with keeping the direction in the green. Little mistakes only, but still significant amount. Although I made one bigger one. Of course the map was still shit as I couldn't figure out the greens' and the hills' combination code.... But still a good training. Took 2mins of rest after each which is not included in the time above.
