HOME! Good run after the last stretch of driving home. Wasn't too sore, and only felt like garbage in the last 10mins or so, although I attribute this to crossing 3 time zones in 3 days. Looking to get back into some more regular strength work this next week.

Decent paced bike along some waterfront trails. Achilles had been bothering me earlier but was fine with biking.

Good run after a long'ish car ride, legs felt a bit heavy but achilles and hip werent too bothered.

Travel plans were a bit delayed today, so got into Montana later then expexted. Bike was nice to get the legs moving at the very least since I was sore from the prolonged period of sitting.

Easy run in the trails of Goldstream provincial park. Achilles fetl much better today.
