Flatrunden-liaåsen-månen. Very norwegian in parts, had to go to the front to push it back under 9 min pace at one stage. Probably what the legs needed.

Down to the track and up home. Shuffling after.

Running intervals 23:08 [5] 7.2 km (3:13 / km)

Pyramid ints from 200-1200 off 30-60sec and back down again at tempo. Goal was to hold 3:12-15 pace and was consistent and comfy with that but heavy legs didn't have much to push on the last 4 and 2. Good sesh.
