Easy jog, tired legs still. Enjoyed the quiet streets, nothing much to report. As run progress, I added a few strides and I actually felt more energetic during these.

Easy run to hill, started these after around 28 mins, 6x hill reps, then run home via shorter route. Apart from maybe the first two miles, legs felt a bit fresher.

Easy run to town park, technical exercises then run home via different route. Legs were tired tonight. Just jaded and tired, nothing injury wise, feeling stronger that way. Couldn't believe the overall run pace when I saw it. This was easy on tired legs!

Easy jog, legs felt very good. Took it easy and enjoyed being out alone.

Thighs feeling a bit tender, probably after the downhills yesterday. Other than that, they aren't bad. Feeling lighter and that's making runs feel easier (I think).

2.5 laps of Race Over The Glen race route at Glenariff forest park. Hilly trail, but good running. Worked at a moderate pace, felt tired on the longer climbs. Other than that I felt very good.

Worked 6.30am to 6.30pm, felt a bit tired, not running wise, just tired. Started easy and got into it ok. Coast run route, so it was quite flat.

Easy run along the causeway coast, with some speed variations on the coastal trail. First 40 mins on my own, then 28 mins with work friends. Felt easy.
