One moderate climb, then descent then a 3 mile climb. Worked to what felt moderate and had to back off a few times. On the long descent I let gravity work and my legs got a good pounding. Felt like a good run - in 25 degrees heat. No issues with the knee or calf.

Easier run, made sure to keep it slow. Legs felt a bit tired. Completed exercises. When I stopped running I had a slight bit of soreness close to my left knee cap, just slightly lower down the leg. That stiffened up a bit as the morning went on and I was aware of it whilst walking. Only when I start walking, it disappears after a few steps.

Moderate run, starting and finishing easy. Mainly gradual hilly trail. Not technical.

Undulating trail run, mixture of technical trail and forest path. Tried not to work to hard. Legs a bit tired.

A few trail loops at Carnfunnock, mostly runnable climbs, apart from a couple. Calves good on ups and downs - no issues at all. Legs just a bit tired near the end. Enjoyable run
