bailed on EUOC hill intervals after 2 reps :( first one was alright then legs died on second rep and did 30m less so decided it wasn't a good idea to continue.

Guardamar Norte - forest sprint

Pretty decent apart from a few wobbles here and there and a mistake to 6. Not sure if I ever found 5 but I'm pretty certain I was at the right place. Was running quite carefully to make sure I don't twist my foot again. Much less swolen than yesterday after loads of icing but still hurts when running because of pressing against the shoe

Failed attempt at trains with Klara and Felly shadowing us, then just pissing about. some very good nav some very bad nav but still enjoyable. Feel like I know how to orienteer in these terrains if I'm focused enough :)

Really fun and challenging, loved the area! Legs are quite dead though and running on sand dunes probably didn't help much.. Quite warm as well on the open areas but feel like I can't really complain :)

Did 1-8 and then got really tired of the green shrub areas so just went straight to 16 and did the rest of it (cut off a few in the green at the end). Quite tough going but still enjoyed it. Twisted my ankle/foot coming down the crag to 1 so now there's a swolen spot on the side of my right foot greattt

Sax - talk o with Klara using a relay interval map. So if Klara had the map, I'd run in front of her and she'd tell me where to run, swapped after every 2 or 3 controls. Good exercise and such a nice forest! :)) +20 outside was a nice change from the freezing temperatures last week!
