Run long 1:43:11  14.2 km (7:16 / km)
Run up Mt Tennent with Katie, Charlotte and Zoe. Took about the same time as last time running but a lot more stops for pics etc. A nice day for it but sore legs afterwards!

Running on Mt Stromlo with Katie and Jacob. We didn't really know where we were going so just explored a bunch of trails, stopping a few times to look at view/climb rocks etc.

Nice easy run on red hill with Katie. Two hills, then down the other side and all the way back round on the left along the fire trail/single track and through the quarry

Ride around my half lake loop. Was so much windier than I expected and got swooped in the first 2mins but other than that it was really nice! Was quite slow though because I hadn't been on the bike in ages - less pressure on the blister.
