WU incl 4x 10sec strides up, 50sec yog down

Run intervals (hills) 24:00 [5] 3.06 km (7:51 / km)

Speedy hills with Katie and Chartlotte. 3 sets of 5x10s (1min bw sets), then 2 sets of 5x20s (2mins bw sets). legs getting tired by the end, but managed to keep getting to almost the same point. Fun!!
Then went swimming in Cotter river which was suuuuper fuuuuun yeeaaayyy

O at red hill with the contour only training map which was super hard and slowed me down heaps. Many controls had nothing to aim for because they were just on hill sides soo when I got close I had no idea what I was doing. was also running pretty slow

Tuesday Dec 6 #

Bouldering with dad, Katie, shallot and zoe. Was really run but arms got very dead very quickly so had lots of breaks, defs gotta go back to do the ones I couldn't do because my arms stopped working

some longer ints with the crew around the black mountain fire trails. 4x 8mins at a steady speed, was super good to have the group to run with because I would've had no idea how to pace otherwise

Schools knockout nationals following the weekend, was a bit more tired and it was way more hot so slower than Saturday but still faster than the ones I had done before this weekend so that's good

Run race 2:34 [5] 0.8 km (3:12 / km)

800 as part of the medly relay, after approx. 5hrs of waiting so I was feeling quite dead and not ready. As soon as I started my legs were hurting and stayed that way for the whole race

Athletics nationals 3k...much the same kind of race, low in the field but another pb so happy :) wasn't so hot this time too which was good

Run race 4:53 [5] 1.5 km (3:15 / km)

Athletics nationals 1500 which was scary but fun! Thought I was set for last place after the first 200m but managed to overtake like 3 ppl yay!! Smashed my pb by 17sec anyway so didn't matter :)
