Interval Session; 100m warm up; 3 x 100 m front crawl - terrible; totally exhausting and really slow; lots of splash but not much movement; 6 x 100 m breast ; 3 intervals at 2 min 35 the rest a bit slower; 100 m cool down.

Pretty tiring session.

Oldhamstocks Hill Race - very pleasant wee race. Hokas worked fine for this with running surfaces generally pretty good. Knees and heels felt fine. Hips a bit iffy.
