Tinto Hill Race - delightful run ; pain on the way up and a lovely fast run on the way back - Speedgoats worked really well for this course aiming for sold rocky ground on the way down of which there was plenty - just a few muddy and slippy spots where these shoes less well suited. Didn't feel I pushed myself overly hard on the way up but couldn't have done more on the way down - pleased with time that was close to 2011 time, better than 2010 although a fair bit slower than best time in 2007.
