New Release to me; 101; taking it easyish on leg tracks as still a bit in recovery mode; pretty complicated release in places so generally felt pretty tough

Still feel I'm in recovery mode with a fair few achy bits - 30 mins flex focussed BB was really nice #68

BB 77 - lots of aches and pains around hips and butt - took it very easy on the ABS and Back tracks to avoid any extra strain on hip joint - generally very pleasant but should be in recovery mode for at least another day

Foxtrail 16K through John Muir Country Park - fabulous. Set off at easy comfortable pace and just eased along at a nice pace. Felt very comfortable and good. Stopped very briefly to take a few pics on the way. No problem with the distance. Able to pick up the pace at the end over the last km and finish feeling fairly fresh. Took 2 gels and a bit of clif bar en route which probably helped.
