Running intervals 3 x 800m on 4 mins and 4 x 400m on 2 mins. Felt not too bad.
Cycling (Road) intervals 37:00 
Intervals on the bike trainer inside. It was pretty good. After warming up in rode as 2 mins on 1 cruise for 18 mins then 1 min on 1 cruise for 6 then 30 seconds on 30 seconds cruise for 7 times. Increased the resistance as it went on.

After a 300m warmup swam it with 50m hard 50m cruise. Was quite hard.
Running hills 1:01:00 
Running at cootha after getting back from boonah. Legs were a bit sore and heavy from yesterday but got into it. Mostly through the slaughter falls area.

After getting home later than expected decided not to get up early to go to Mt Barney and instead do the ride is intended to do last week. Was good it was the first time I have taken the new bike somewhere steep. Went from St Lucia over Nebo to Mt Glorious and back. I spent yesterday fixing it. Took it reasonably paced on the way up and then a little harder on the way home.

Much better than last time. Fingers hurt a lot less. Was able to get up a few that I didn't get up last time.
