Easy seat lap and meadows. Really nice to be back in Edinburgh. Bumped into pedley and Emma on the meadows and ran with them for a little bit, great stuff. Foot good, felt it a tiny bit at the start but not really anything else after.

Easy spin. Another 12 hour shift yesterday so felt rather “jamboozled” (Freddie Carcas et al 2022). Also started raining so got wet.

50’ across the fields and along the bridleway. Foot good, calves tight again. Felt quite tired probably from working late nights but wasn’t too bad, just heavy legs and don’t feel particularly bouncy.

Little razzy number. Trying to keep constant pressure on the pedals but also not trying to go too deep. Averaged 31.8kph for a fairly lumpy route. Solid stuff.
